Copy the entire A Game of Thrones folder, and move it up one level into the Crusader Kings II folder. Then it's done, once you start up the launcher and wanting to play a multiplayer game, make sure A Game of Thrones and AGOT RP are ticked. Ok so I have just made a discovery that will make our lives 100x easier, this whole time we have been failing to play a successful game is because we aren't using version 0.9 for AGOT or for CK2 2.2.1.
